35 Weeks

I have 4 weeks left in this pregnancy and it doesn't seem like it could go fast enough. I am faced with two major issues....1) I'm trying to enjoy this pregnancy and not take any of it for granted, but it is soo hard when you are huge and uncomfortable, 2) I'm trying to enjoy every moment of quality time I can with the twins, because I'm worried about juggling a newborn with 2 toddlers. All good worries/problems to have (:

We went to the Perinatologist at 34 weeks and he did another full growth scan on Ridley. We get growth scans done because of my Single Umbilical Artery (SUA). You can read about it here if you missed that post. The scan showed that she was measuring 1 week ahead of her due date and that she weighed 5lbs 15oz (which is bigger than Maddox when she was born!!). The doctor did stress that this could be off at this point because of formulas/measurement acuracies; however, when he switched to the 3d picture he said "Holy Moly, Look at those cheeks, she may have grown that much". She looks soo adorable and had chubby cheeks that I can't wait to kiss. I will have another full growth scan at 37 weeks and then we'll be ready for a baby :o)

Lastly, I'm tired of taking pictures because it makes me realize how much I've grown, but here is my picture for 35 weeks :o)

2nd Birthday Party

This post is a month late because I have been lagging on my blogging. We went to A-town for the twins second birthday. We decided since we don't know many people here that it would be nice to have a birthday party with our family. Cody's mom, Ione, hosted the party at her house and she went above and beyond. From the food & drinks to the decorations, she put on an amazing party for the twins. Everyone had a really good time and we are so thankful we have such a wonderful family.

In lieu of a cake, I bought cupcakes from a local cup-cakery. We figured it would be easier for the twins to maneuver around when trying to enjoy their birthday treat. We actually could have split a cupcake between the two, because Lukas wanted the top part with the icing and Maddox wanted the bottom part with the cake only. They are too funny!

Ridley Harper - 33 Weeks

I am 33 weeks this week. Hallelujah! I am ready to speed this final 6 weeks up. 1) I want to see my precious Ridley and introduce her big brother and sister...2) I want my non-pregnant body back :) I love feeling my sweet darling's movements and kicks but they are getting pretty brutal AND carrying around 2 toddlers whilst lugging around a belly sure can wear a momma out!

I've also added a Poll to my Blog.  It's time to make your guesses on Miss Ridley's length, weight & due date (we know my scheduled c-section is 2/22 but if you think she is going to come earlier you're more than welcome to say so :o)

We went to the Perinatologist the week before Christmas and Miss Ridley is doing great. She is growing right on track and everything looks good. Her are some pictures of her sweet face from our last appointment. She was opening her mouth and eyes and it looked like she was smiling. The doctor also said that she has hair :o) It is amazing what they can see on sonograms nowadays.

Crazy! I think she looks like Lukas :)
