So far we have made it past the 1 month point. Our kiddos are 5 weeks old and doing wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better babies.
We didn't realize how quickly their personalities would shine, but it is apparent we have TWO completely different babies...
Maddox likes to smile a lot and she is a very happy girl when she wakes up from naps or sleep. She does fight going to sleep and can throw a mean temper tantrum. When she gets hungry, she is hungry all over and she wants to be fed "right now". We call her our little piglet, because the Pediatrician told us she is gaining 1.5 ounces a day. She has caught up within a pound of her bigger brother. When she was weighed on Monday, she weighed in at 7lbs 11 oz. Here are some of our favorite pictures of her from this month.
Lukas is Mr. Serious. We call him this because he usually has a very serious look on his face or 1 eyebrow raised etc. Lukas is pretty laid back; he likes to eat and has started putting himself to sleep. He can be very animated and he knows how to throw a mean fit when he is hungry. He has crazy hair and we tease that he looks like Jack Nicholson. He has a really funny squeal he does when he wants attention...we are trying to catch it on film to upload it!!! Here are some of our favorite pictures of him from this month...

LUKAS MUST BE LIKE HIS DAD- WE CALLED HIM "THE JUDGE" WHEN HE WAS A BABY 'CAUSE HE WAS SO SERIOUS AND MADDOX MUST BE LIKE HER MOMMY -FULL OF LIFE!!! CAN HARDLY WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN - THEY CHANGE SO FAST!!!!AND THANKS FOR UPDATING-
